About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to play a vital leadership role in the firm's expansion. This position will work closely with the Owner and the entire team to lead projects from concept through construction, including full documentation and coordination with consultants. This is a hybrid full-time role, with a minimum of three days per week in office anticipated.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage all client, team, and project coordination aspects, including full documentation, and coordination with consultants
Lead the design team and conduct client meetings
Work with the Principal to produce concept, schematic design, design development material.
Develop and manage the production schedule, including effectively defining and meeting deadlines
Coordinate document preparation and execution through all project phases while ensuring quality control on all deliverables
Lead code analysis and confirm code and zoning requirements are met
Attend on-site visits and project meetings as appropriate
Represent the firm with public presentations to appropriate entities
Actively invest in the professional development of staff through mentoring
Perform construction administration on various projects
Interface extensively with clients, consultants and building and permitting officials
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Master’s degree is a plus
7+ years of experience within an architectural firm
Proficiency in Revit
Strong technical knowledge and extensive experience in residential architectural design, material and systems detailing and envelope systems design
Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting information to clients, consultants, and other parties
Ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new relationships
Ability to multi-task between projects, prepare work for team members, and coordinate with overall office for project scheduling
Positive personality with the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner both verbally and in writing

This is a hybrid full-time role, with a minimum of four days per week in office anticipated.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using Revit
Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings
Review design documents and construction estimates
Work closely with Principal and other team members to ensure all designs are feasible and within budget.
Review and amend designs based on feedback, ensuring all revisions are accurately incorporated
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects
Conduct research and create design concepts that contribute to the development of innovative, functional, and environmentally sustainable buildings and spaces
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Designer, or similar role
Proficiency in Revit required, familiarity with architectural rendering software such as Lumion and Enscape a plus
Experience working on and passion for residential projects
Deep understanding of architectural design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing structures

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and passionate Junior Architectural Designer to play a vital role in the firm's expansion. This position will work closely with the Project Architect and the entire team to meet project goals by preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using Revit. At the outset of employment this will be a full-time onsite position. There may be flexibility in the future as to start and end times and for hybrid (in-office and remote).
